How To Return An Item
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. Your must return the item within 7 days of delivery.
1. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a refund and we will assign you a tracking #.
2. Mail your returned item to:

3. Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
We ship from PHOENIX, ARIZONA and depending on your location:
USPS Priority will take 1-5 business days. -
U.S. Domestic Priority MailÂ® will take 2-3 business days.
Priority MailÂ® International will take 10-14 business days.
Free Shipping within the continental United States.
Not Applicable for orders outside the 48 states We are not responsible for any duties, tariffs or fees imposed (if any) by your government or local agency.
Shipping to a PO Box, Alaska, Hawaii, APO, Puerto Rico and Canada will all be shipped by USPS Priority.
Items will be shipped the next business after the order is placed.
Time in transit does not include actual day the item leaves our facility.
